Our Staff
All of our staff are chosen for their dedication to the children they care for. Many are qualified nursery nurses and others have lots of experience caring for children. We encourage our staff to develop themselves professionally by offering further training opportunities and staff incentives. All new staff undergo a planned induction to the nursery and every member of staff has a yearly appraisal.
Evelyn Nash, our manager, is a qualified nursery nurse with over thirty years experience of childcare. She is well known to parents in the Benfleet area.
Melissa Drake our deputy manager, is also a qualified nursery nurse and loves getting messy with the children. She is a lead member of staff for curriculum planning, children with special needs and behaviour management.
Lisa McNally, the proprietor, has been a registered nurse and midwife for 20 years and works as both the nursery administrator and with the children. She is responsible, with Evelyn, for health & safety within the nursery.
